These core values are more than just words – they drive our actions as a group and serve as the principles upon which each one of us joins and remains at the firm. We are committed to using them in everyday practice and they are emphasized to all staff, both old and new. We hire, review, retain and replace our human capital around this value system. Over the last several years we have made significant investments in our people, technology, and processes. Based on your feedback, it is clear to us that these investments are paying off – and you see the value from our proactive planning, ongoing communication, client-focused deliverables, and the overall level of service. We remain committed to constant improvement to our service and will continue to expand and add additional enhancements this year. Regarding our growth, we sincerely thank you again for all that you have done to make our success a reality. We do not actively market our firm. One hundred percent of our new client relationships have been based on a referral – from either our clients or centers of influence such as attorneys, insurance agents, investment managers and other professionals. We can’t thank you enough for these referrals; they are our highest compliment. This has been the best way for us to grow because it demonstrates that we are truly delivering on our commitment to clients, and that you see it as well. As far as 2022, the management team recently met offsite to identify the firm’s internal goals for the year, some of which are as follows:
The assets of our company are our employees, and finding and attracting great talent is always a challenge. Currently we are actively recruiting and hiring new team members – looking to add seven new people this year to our staff. We are pleased to announce that later this month we will have two new employees – a Tax Manager and an Administrative Specialist (those announcements will be sent shortly). As we already communicated to you, more good news with the promotions of Katie Madzsar to Director and Bill Ambrogio to Manager. Both Katie and Bill are home grown success stories for us, starting as interns and working their way up in the Wellspring Way. Congratulations to both Katie and Bill on continued success at the firm! And finally, as you know, we moved last October to a new office. After being in our old space since the start, we are so excited to be in a custom space that is tailored for how we work and interact every day. We hosted an open house last December to welcome you all to our new office, but realize that not everyone could attend (as over half of our clients are out of state). For those of you that couldn’t make it, below is a short video of our new office. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

In closing, we have come a long way since our founding back in 2007. We owe it all to you – the families we proudly serve. Thank you, to each and every one of you, for believing in us, making the initial decision to work with us, and for trusting in our “One Phone Call” approach. We are blessed in many ways, and will always remain committed to improving your quality of life. Our mission is, and has always been, to ensure you have the ability to both Live Well and Sleep Well. Yours in gratitude, Michael Novak Founder and Managing Member
